Meet 3-4 candidates a day and listen to the candidate's background and appeal points in detail. Asking questions in English, while as an instructor find out a suitable position.
Skype interview for applicants from overseas.

When the instructor who has decided to join the company comes to the training, we will ask you where you live and what you are worried about and what you are unsure about, and will follow up so that you can be safely assigned to the school.

Follow the format and apply for social insurance and employment insurance for retirees.

Lectures on Japanese culture, living in Japan, and school.
